The service

Arc Market Engine provides AI-assisted marketing planning, content generation, media tools, and social publishing features. Features may change as we improve the product. AI outputs can be inaccurate or unsuitable — you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or violate these Terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Do not attempt to breach security or overload our systems
• Comply with each social network's terms when connecting and publishing
• Do not upload content you do not have rights to use

Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at signup or on our Pricing page. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your account billing settings.

Intellectual property

We own the product, branding, and software. You retain rights to content you create or upload. You grant us a license to host and process that content solely to operate the service.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes of marketing content you choose to publish.
